About This Recipe
This Gulab Jamun Truffle is a mouthwatering fusion little dessert that you must prepare for be it Durga puja, Diwali, or Christmas festival season.
This dish is incredibly simple to create and comes together quickly thanks to ready-made gulab jamuns.
If cooking for a larger group, double or quadruple the recipe.
Ingredients
- 10 – Gulab Jamun store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 bark – Milk, dark or white compound chocolate
- 1/2 cup – Almond & Pistachio chopped
- 2 tbsp – Coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp – Silver balls for decoration
- Dry rose petals for decoration
Gulab Jamun – You may either get them from your neighborhood Indian sweets store or create your own Gulab Jamun at home.
Chocolate chips or compound – Use vegan white, milk, or dark chocolate but choose only the best quality.
Coconut Oil or vegetable oil – Thickening chocolate for simple dipping is simple when coconut or vegetable oil is added. Truffles will also become glossy. For this dish, coconut oil or vegetable oil is strongly advised.
Decoration – You’ll need thinly sliced almonds and pistachios to decorate the truffles. Additionally, you can decorate them with edible gold, silver, or rose petals.

How To Make Gulab Jamun Truffles Recipe Step By Step With Photo:
- Take good quality chocolate compounds and chop them into small pieces. You can also take chocolate chips also. Add a little coconut oil or vegetable.
- Now melt them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Take out and mix then again melt them for 30 seconds in the microwave till it melts and forms a smooth liquid state.
- Now take one gulab jamun and dip it in the chocolate liquid.
- Coat them from all sides.
- Now take them out on a plate. Note: Use parchment or butter paper on a plate and then place the coated gulab jamun then it will be easy to take off after refrigeration.
- Now after placing it on the plate decorate them with edible silver balls.
- Add, chopped almonds, pistachio, and dry rose petals now prepare all the gulab jamuns truffles like this and refrigerate them for 20 minutes.
- Take out after 20 to 30 minutes and serve them chill.

For three to four days, keep them sealed in the refrigerator. If it’s not too hot outside, they can also be stored at room temperature for one to two days.
