Description

Gulab Jamun Truffles is a delicious and incredibly simple Indian fusion delicacy, these Gulab Jamun Truffles are made by coating juicy Gulab jamuns in milk, white, or dark chocolate. Amaze your visitors by making it this holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 10 – Gulab Jamun store bought or home made
  • 1/2 bark – Milk, dark or white compound chocolate
  • 1/2 cup – Almond & Pistachio chopped
  • 2 tbsp – Coconut oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp – Silver balls for decoration
  • Dry rose petals for decoration

Instructions

  1. Take good quality chocolate compounds and chop them into small pieces. You can also take chocolate chips also. Add a little coconut oil or vegetable. 
  2. Now melt them in the microwave for 30 seconds. 
  3. Take out and mix then again melt them for 30 seconds in the microwave till it melts and forms a smooth liquid state.
  4. Now take one gulab jamun and dip it in the chocolate liquid.
  5. Coat them from all sides.
  6. Now take them out on a plate. Note: Use parchment or butter paper on a plate and then place the coated gulab jamun then it will be easy to take off after refrigeration.
  7. Now after placing it on the plate decorate them with edible silver balls.
  8. Add, chopped almonds, pistachio, and dry rose petals now prepare all the gulab jamuns truffles like this and refrigerate them for 20 minutes.
  9. Take out after 20 to 30 minutes and serve them chill.

Notes

  • You can use dark, white, or milk chocolate as per your preference.
  • Use a little coconut oil or vegetable oil while melting the chocolate.
