When I prepare homemade pizza, I usually fry the chicken sausage first and the dice the chicken sausage and into small pieces, and place them on the crust. To achieve such deliciousness, I usually set the oven to grill and cook the pizza for about 10 minutes.

  • 3/4 cup – Milk
  • 1 tbsp – Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp – Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp – salt 2- Eggs
  • 2 tbsp – Vegetable Oil
  • 50 gms – Butter
  • 4 – Chicken Sausage (sliced)
  • 1/2 – Onion slices
  • 1/2 – Green capsicum slices
  • 1 – tbsp- Olives
  • 1 – tbsp Jalapeno
  • 1/2 cup – Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pinch of red chilly flakes
  • Pinch of pizza seasoning
  • Oil for brushing (optional)
