I’m going to demonstrate how to assemble a great hash brown sandwich with hash browns! 
Making this breakfast sandwich will only take you 15 minutes.
You can add whatever you like to your hash brown sandwich to make it the ideal breakfast to keep you satisfied. Make it vegan or vegetarian.

There are two ways to make this hash brown sandwich recipe. You can either make them from scratch in the air fryer (Recipe Link Here) or buy them from the store. Fill them however you like! With melted plant-based cheese, ketchup, hot sauce, or hollandaise sauce you can top your omelet with a vegan egg and vegan bacon! Here I added some vegetables and vegan thousand island sauce.

It’s a quick and easy breakfast recipe that will fuel you for the day ahead. Customize it with your favorite sauces!

Ingredients

  • 4 – Hash brown slice (Recipe here)
  • Vegan thousand island sauce or any sauce of your preference
  • lettuce leaves chopped
  • 4 – Tomato slices
  • 6 – Avocado slices
  • 1 tsp – Black sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp – White sesame seeds

How To Make Best Breakfast Hash Brown Sandwiches Recipe Step By Step With Photo:

  1. Prepare hash browns from scratch I have provided the recipe link above in the ingredient section. Or this time I have taken store-bought. Place 2 hash browns in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 minutes at 380 degrees F.
  2. Take out after 10 minutes.
  3. Spread thousand island sauce or any dip or sauce of your choice on two slices of hash browns.
  4. Add chopped lettuce leaves to the sauce.
  5. Add tomato slices.
  6. Add avocado slices on top.
  7. Add black and white sesame seeds on top of avocado slices.
  8. Spread sauce over another hash brown slice.
  9. Now cover it with the hashbrown on the fillings.
  10. Enjoy a hot and crispy hash brown breakfast sandwich.
