Beetroot Pomegranate Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 – Beetroot Diced
  • 1 – Pomegranate peeled
  • 3 – Lime/lemon juice
  • 12 – Mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp – Honey/Maple syrup if vegan
  • 3 to 4 cups – Water

Beetroot – Despite being difficult to like, beetroot is packed with many nutrients. The fiber found in these foods is rich in iron, manganese, folate, and vitamin C, all of which are very important to our bodies. Beetroots are extremely beneficial to the skin because they contain antioxidants

Honey – In this smoothie, I have added honey for a little sweetness, but if you prefer smoothies without sweetness, you can omit it. As an alternative to sugar, maple syrup can be used instead.

Lime/Lemon Juice – The flavor of this drink is also enhanced by the addition of lemon. The best results are obtained with fresh lemon juice. Lemon juice gives this lemonade a nice, tangy flavor, which adds to the flavor. Lemon juice can be substituted with lime juice if lemons are not available. The amount of lime juice should be adjusted accordingly because limes are tangier than lemons.

Squeeze lemons at room temperature to get the most juice from them. Press them with your fingers over the counter and then cut them.

Pomegranate Juice – This is a great rich antioxidant ingredient! I like to add it to add more crunch as well as a little sweetness.

Mint Leaves – The leaves must be picked from the stems and cleaned twice or three times before juice can be made from them. Using fresh mint leaves is best. Make sure to choose fresh, green leaves, and not wilted ones or black ones. Lemonade is flavored with a large number of refreshing flavors.

Important Suggestion To Keep In Mind

  • In addition, Adding soda water will also make it sparkle. You have just finished creating your sparkling and alluring drink.
  • I added honey to my healthy drink instead of sugar, so it’s even healthier. The fact that the only sweetener here is honey is also a bonus. Do not be frightened to drink too many of these.
  • If you do not get mint leaves then it’s optional.
  • To make fresh beet juice without a juicer, simply use a food processor. Wash and chop your beet into chunks. Put the chunks in the food processor and grind them into a pulp.
  • As an alternative to honey, maple syrup can also be used.
  • It is better to use organic honey.

Storage Suggestions

This Lemonade made from beets, pomegranate, and pomegranate juice does not keep for too long. In this recipe, fresh mint and coriander are used, and it is possible for it to get bitter if kept for too long. The best thing to do is to prepare it, store it in the refrigerator for at least three hours, then discard it.

This lemonade tastes best fresh, so freezing will injure it. It is best to make it fresh.
