Now is the perfect time to experiment in the kitchen and make dishes that not only taste great but also look like they came from a restaurant. Another sense of accomplishment comes from preparing a dish exactly as you imagined your favorite restaurant doing it. Of course, if you throw in the compliments you’ll get, your day will be made. Plus one side bonus is the spinach rice to try this delicious curry with it.

How To Make veggies in paprika sauce Step By Step With Photo:
- You can boil the broccoli florets for 3 minutes if you want. Then take it out. Heat a kadai or pan add little extra virgin olive oil or olive oil and let it smoke.
- Now add yellow bell pepper, zucchini, red bell pepper, and sliced mushrooms.
- Fry for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- After 5 minutes add the broccoli florets.
- Mix well and stir fry on a medium flame for another 5 minutes.
- Now turn off the flame and take out the stir-fry vegetables in a bowl.
- Now again in the same pan add vegan butter or plain butter and olive oil. You can take anyone but I have taken a mixture of both here.
- Now add all-purpose flour.
- Mix it nicely.
- Now add garlic chopped.
- Now fry for 4 minutes till the raw flavor goes away.
- Now add vegan or plain milk.
- Now mix nicely for 1 minute on medium flame. Stir continuously to avoid the burning of milk. It became thick so I have added a total of 1 cup of milk here.
- After mixing properly add pizza pasta sauce to it.
- Mix it nicely.
- Now add paprika powder. Mix nicely.
- Now add salt to taste, oregano, and red chili flakes.
- Mix them properly.
- Now add vegan or plain parmesan cheese.
- Now mix nicely.
- If you think your sauce is very thick you can add a little water and prepare a smooth sauce. Now add stir fry veggies we prepared.
- Mix nicely with the sauce.
- Turn off the flame and now serve it with spinach rice or steamed rice. Our delicious vegetables in the paprika sauce are ready to be served.
