We’ve all had deep-fried hash browns at least once in our lives, right? As you can see, both methods below are not deep-fried but pan-fried with very little oil or air-fried without oil. The air fryer method also yields the same crisp texture as deep-fried food.
With an air fryer, you can now get all that delicious crispiness with a lot less oil.
An air fryer uses hot air to cook foods in the same way as an oven, except the process is faster. Consequently, the outcome will be the same, but it will be accomplished in a shorter period of time.
Breakfast hash browns are a classic side dish, and air fryer hash browns are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. An air fryer can produce the same crispiness as deep-frying without requiring as much oil as deep-frying.
When they are formed into patties, they are easier to serve. Also with a mushroom spinach omelet in the middle, they taste super yummmm!!!!

Ingredients
- 4 big – Potatoes (Shredded finely)
- 2 – Eggs
- 15 – Spinach leaves finely chopped
- 6 tbsp – Cornflour powder
- 5 – Mushroom finely chopped
- 3 tbsp – Olive oil
- 1 tbsp – Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp – Black pepper powder
- 4 – Plain Cheese
- 1 tbsp – Oregano

How To Make Air fryer Hash Brown, Egg & Cheese Sandwich Recipe Step By Step With Photo:
- Peel 4 potatoes and wash them with water nicely.
- Then grate the potatoes with the help of a grater.
- Soak the grated potatoes in cold water for 15 to 20 minutes. (This is an important step that helps to make them crispy).
- Take a towel and spread the potatoes.
- Pat dry the potatoes nicely.
- After pat drying transfer into a bowl.
- Add the cornflour to the shredded potatoes. Add black pepper powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt to taste.
- Mix everything nicely.
- Chop spinach leaves finely.
- Take a bowl and crack two eggs.
- Beat it nicely.
- Now add spinach chopped into the eggs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add black pepper powder.
- Add salt to taste. Mix nicely.
- Now add the egg mixture into the frying pan.
- Spread evenly and fry for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Now flip and cook for more 2 minutes.
- Take out and take a cookie cutter and cut it into a round shape. I got 4 round omelettes..
- Place a parchment paper and brush oil on it.
- Take some shredded potatoes and make them into a patty shape with the help of two hands.
- Prepare all the hashbrowns in the same way.
- Place the patties on the parchment paper.
- Brush oil on the patties.
- Air fry at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes open the basket and then add a round omelette to each hashbrown patty.
- Take a cheese slice, fold it, and place it on the omelette.
- Cover it with another omelette and hash brown.
- Air fry for 2 minutes at 400 degrees F till the cheese melts.
- Take it out with the help of a spatula.
- Serve hot this delicious hash brown.
