We need these Cheesy Air Fryer Roasted Tomatoes to finish our dinner. Simply cut tomatoes into slices, sprinkle them with cheese, and bake them. These delectable tiny tomatoes are ready to eat in flash.
 
These air fryer cheesy tomatoes are simply too good! The flavor of these natural components will never get old to me. Ingredients

  • 6 – Tomato slices
  • 1/2 cup – Spinach leaves finely chopped
  • 2 – eggs
  • 1/2 cup – Feta cheese crumble
  • 1 tsp – Red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp – Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp – Oregano
  • 1 tsp – Italian herb mix
  • 1/2 cup – Cheddar cheese diced
  • 1/2 cup – Processed cheese grated
  • olive oil for spraying

How To Make Air Fryer Vegan Eggplant Parmesan Rings Recipes Step By Step With Photo:

  1. Wash the tomatoes and then cut them into thick slices. Cut a round shape like a ring from the middle. Now cut the middle portion of the tomatoes into a fine dice shape.
  2. Now take a bowl and crack 2 eggs.
  3. Now add the diced tomatoes. Add the chopped spinach leaves.
  4. Now add crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Now add salt to taste. Add black pepper powder, red chili flake, and Italian herbs.
  6. Mix everything nicely.
  7. In the air fryer basket place a parchment paper and spray or grease some olive oil.
  8. Place the tomato rings.
  9. Add stuffing to the rings.
  10. Prepare all the rings like this.
  11. Add diced cheddar cheese on top.
  12. Now add shredded mozzarella or processed cheese on top.
  13. Now air fryer them at 380 degrees F for 5 minutes till the cheese melts and the eggs are done.
  14. After 5 minutes check and take out with the help of a tong.
  15. Serve hot with any dip or any pasta, on top of a bread or salad or you can have it as it is.
