Ingredients
- 6 – Tomato slices
- 1/2 cup – Spinach leaves finely chopped
- 2 – eggs
- 1/2 cup – Feta cheese crumble
- 1 tsp – Red chili flakes
- 1 tsp – Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp – Oregano
- 1 tsp – Italian herb mix
- 1/2 cup – Cheddar cheese diced
- 1/2 cup – Processed cheese grated
- olive oil for spraying

- Wash the tomatoes and then cut them into thick slices. Cut a round shape like a ring from the middle. Now cut the middle portion of the tomatoes into a fine dice shape.
- Now take a bowl and crack 2 eggs.
- Now add the diced tomatoes. Add the chopped spinach leaves.
- Now add crumbled feta cheese.
- Now add salt to taste. Add black pepper powder, red chili flake, and Italian herbs.
- Mix everything nicely.
- In the air fryer basket place a parchment paper and spray or grease some olive oil.
- Place the tomato rings.
- Add stuffing to the rings.
- Prepare all the rings like this.
- Add diced cheddar cheese on top.
- Now add shredded mozzarella or processed cheese on top.
- Now air fryer them at 380 degrees F for 5 minutes till the cheese melts and the eggs are done.
- After 5 minutes check and take out with the help of a tong.
