Description
This Veggie Cheese Cake – Mix Vegetable Recipe cheesecake is a delicious fritter with a sweet and chewy filling with lots of healthy vegatbles
Ingredients
- 2 cup – Cabbage Chopped
- 2 medium – Onion chopped
- 2 medium – Tomatoes chopped
- 1 medium – Capsicum chopped
- 2 medium – Green chilies chopped
- 1/2 cup Sweet corn
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup – All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup – Bread crumb
- 1 cup – Cheese grated/ If vegan use vegan cheese
- Oil for frying
- 1 tbsp – Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tbsp – Baking Powder (Optional)
Instructions
1.Take a bowl and put all chopped vegetables.
2.Now add 1 cup bread crumb.
3.Add 1 cup maida. Mix everything. Now add grated cheese. If you are vegan use vegan cheese or its optional
4.Add 2 tsp salt. Add 1/2 tbsp baking powder (Optional). Forgot to add sweet corn let’s add.
5.Mix everything well.
6.Now add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
7. Now take some mixture and form a round cake shape. Prepare all the veggie cake like this.
8. Heat a pan on medium flame. Add 2 tbsp oil and put veggie cake one by one and fry both sides till golden brown in color.
9. Take out on a plate after frying and serve hot with ketchup.
10. Just spray oil after placing them in an air frying basket and air fry them for 25 minutes at 380 degrees F till they are golden brown. Flip in between.
