Description

Ingredients

For Chicken Meatballs

  • 500 grams – Chicken 
  • 1 tbsp – Ginger & garlic paste
  • 1 medium – Onion chopped
  • 2 – Green chilly chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp – Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp – Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp – Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp – Baking Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander Chopped
  • 1– Egg white
  • 2 tbsp – Corn Flour

For Sauce

  • 1 tbsp – Sugar
  • 2 tbsp – Honey
  • 2 tbsp – Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp – Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup -Water 
  • 2 tbsp – White Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp – Corn flour + 4 tbsp water mix.
  • Roasted Sesame seeds

Instructions

Chicken Meat Balls

  1. 1.Make chicken mince in blender. Add chopped onion and green chilly. Add all the masala’s into chicken. Add chopped corriander leaves. Add egg white. Add corn flour. Mix everything well.
  2. Now grease your palm with oil and take a small portion of chicken mixture and form small ball shape as shown in video. Like this prepare all chicken meat balls.
  3. Heat oil for deep frying in a Kadai/pan. Put chicken meat balls one by one.Flip and rotate to cook evenly. When all the sides have turned golden brown take them out in a tissue paper on a plate.
  4. Keep aside.

Sauce Preparation

  1. Take a bowl and add sugar, honey, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, water and white vinegar. Mix everything.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the sauce mixture we prepared. Stir continuously for 3 mins on medium flame.
  3. 6.Mix 1 tbsp corn flour with water and add to sauce. Mix to make the sauce thick.
  4. Now add fried meatballs and mix with sauce.
  5. Now take out and serve hot with garlic butter rice or plain rice.
