- 4 – Papad (Fried or Roasted)
- 1 cup – Onion (Finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup – Tomato (Finely chopped)
- 1 tsp – Green Chilli (Finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp– Coriander (Chopped)
- Cheese grated of your choice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp– Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp – Red Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp – Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Fry the papad and keep it aside. You can even roast it if you want.
- Mix all the ingredients except papad in a bowl.
- Lay the papad on the serving platter.
- Top with the mixture.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Serve immediately.

- You can always roast the papad’s but I will recommend to fry it to get the ultimate crispiness and flavors.
- For a change, you can also spread coriander and mint chutney on the papad and then add the masala.

- You can top your poppadum with any cheese of your choice.
