- 1 tsp – Black pepper powder.
- 2 tbsp– Chopped coriander leaves (Optional)
Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl and add cream cheese, and eggless mayonnaise, and mix with a whisker.
- Add dill, green onion, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper powder.
- Mix everything well. Cream cheese stuffing is ready.
- Now take an English cucumber and slice them into a round shape.
- Take soft bread and cut the edges. Do it for every bread slice you want to make. Use the edges for some other things and apply cream cheese paste thickly on the bread.
- Now add cucumber sliced on the cream cheese paste and put another piece of bread on top.
- Now slice the bread sandwich in half.
- Enjoy a fresh cream cheese cucumber sandwich.
Notes
- In the first place, the bread must be extremely soft. White bread is more traditional, though wholegrain is just as good. It’s the softness that’s important.
- Second, make sure your cream cheese is spread thickly. This is a decadent sandwich, not one that should be eaten on a diet.
- Thirdly, the cucumber’s skin should be removed and the slices should be sliced thinly, with just a little salt and pepper added, as it can quickly overpower the dish.
- The best way to serve cucumber on a sandwich is with dill or mint leaves because together they pair wonderfully.
- The cucumber sandwich’s crust may be removed if you want. Elites usually do this.
- We, however, think that it’s a terrible waste of bread. Good food shouldn’t be wasted. I usually give them to birds outside and If you wish to make your dog/children/servants happy by eating said bread, then by all means go right ahead.
