Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup – Greek yogurt/Vegan yogurt
  • 1 – Frozen banana
  • 1 cup – Frozen blueberries or fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup – Orange juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender add blueberries, frozen banana, greek yogurt, and orange juice.
  2. Now blend everything together.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass. Add few blueberries and garnish with mint leaves.
  4. Smoothie is ready to be served.

Notes

  • Straws make smoothies more fun for kids! In order to guarantee your child drinks the entire smoothie, I strongly advise you to serve smoothies with reusable straws.
  • You can use fresh as well as frozen blueberries.
  • Use vegan yogurt instead of plain if you want to make it vegan
  • Add raw honey or maple syrup to your smoothie if you desire a sweeter beverage. A natural sweetener can also be added by removing the pits from 1-2 Medjool dates first.
