- 1/4 cup – Greek yogurt/Vegan yogurt
- 1 – Frozen banana
- 1 cup – Frozen blueberries or fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup – Orange juice
Instructions
- In a blender add blueberries, frozen banana, greek yogurt, and orange juice.
- Now blend everything together.
- Pour the smoothie into a tall glass. Add few blueberries and garnish with mint leaves.
- Smoothie is ready to be served.
Notes
- Straws make smoothies more fun for kids! In order to guarantee your child drinks the entire smoothie, I strongly advise you to serve smoothies with reusable straws.
- You can use fresh as well as frozen blueberries.
- Use vegan yogurt instead of plain if you want to make it vegan
- Add raw honey or maple syrup to your smoothie if you desire a sweeter beverage. A natural sweetener can also be added by removing the pits from 1-2 Medjool dates first.
