Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Now place butter paper on the air fryer basket or tray if you have an air oven air fryer.
  2. Now place 4 hash browns patty and two chicken patty on the butter paper. Note: If you want to brush or spray with a little oil on your hash brown or chicken or ham patty you can for air frying.
  3. Now air fry them at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
  4. Take out the hash browns when crisp.
  5. Again air fry the chicken or ham patty for extra 5 minutes at 400 degrees F till they are golden.
  6. Take out after 5 minutes when done.
  7. Heat a pan and add olive or any oil. 
  8. Now crack an egg.
  9. Sprinkle a little salt on top of it.
  10. I do not like runny eggs so I fried them on both sides.
  11. Now take them out and keep them aside.
  12. Now let’s assemble: Put the hashbrown in a serving bowl.
  13. Now add 1 tbsp of sriracha sauce or tandoori mayonnaise to the hashbrown.
  14. Now spread nicely.
  15. Now add the lettuce leaves on top of the sauce.
  16. Now add the chicken patty.
  17. Now add the two tomato slices.
  18. Now add half the cheese slice you can fold it and add one full cheese slice. Now add Jalapeno Pepper Rings or slices.
  19. Now add the poached egg on top of it.
  20. Now sprinkle black pepper powder.
  21. Now complete this sandwich by adding the second hash brown patty.
  22. Now if you want to enjoy this patty nicely just wrap it with parchment paper nicely and enjoy this scrumptious sandwich.

Notes

  • Take store-bought hashbrown patties for easier preparation.
  • Take store-bought chicken patties.
  • You can air fry as well as bake the hash brown and chicken or ham patties.
