- 1/2 cup: Fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, or basil), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1: egg optional if vegan
- 1/2 cup: Shredded cheese (like mozzarella or vegan cheese)
Instructions
- In a sizable bowl of bread crumbs, mix all the cheeses, eggs (optional if vegan), red peppers, parsley, herbs, and salt & pepper.
- To make a place for the stuffing, carefully clean the mushrooms and cut off the stems. You can carefully remove the stems with a spoon. For five minutes, preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees C or 355 degrees F.
- Place all the mushrooms in the air fryer basket after removing the stem.
- Prepare all the cheeseball mixture and fill in the mushrooms.
- Put them in the basket of an air fryer. Brush or spray the mushrooms with oil, then air-fry them for four to five minutes. Air fry at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and have a golden top.
- Delicious, crispy, and cheesy air fryer stuffed mushrooms are ready to be served.
