Description
Air Fryer Sausage Roll Recipe cooked in an air fryer requires only 5 ingredients and takes only 15 minutes to prepare.

- 4 – Bread slices fresh
- 4 – Cheese slices
- 4 – Chicken sausage
- 3 – Eggs yolks for eggwash
- 4 tbsp – Mint/Plain/Tandoori mayonnaise
Instructions
- Take a bread slice and cut all four edges of the bread. Keep aside the edges and use them for croutons or bread crumbs.
- Take the bread and cut it into two halves.
- Now take one bread half and with the help of a rolling pin make it flat and smooth.
- Now heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil. Pan fry method: Cut the chicken sausage in halves and add to the pan when the oil is hot.
- Fry the sausages till they are light golden brown from all sides. Air fry method: Cut the sausage in half. Put them on parchment paper in an air fry basket. Brush or spray a little oil on the sausages. Air fry them at 380 degrees F for 8 minutes till they are golden light brown.
- Take them out from the pan or air fryer. Keep aside.
- Now take the half-bread slice and add 1 tbsp mint mayonnaise. Spread it nicely on the bread.
- Now place half the cheese slice.
- Now place half the chicken sausage on the bread.
- Now roll the bread nicely and tightly.
- Prepare all the rolls like this.
- Now take a bamboo skewer and add the bread rolls one by one.
- Maximum 4 rolls you can put together.
- Now brush with egg wash on both sides of the rolls.
- Pan fry method: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add two bread skewers.
- Fry till both sides are golden brown and the cheese melts. Take them out and serve hot.
- Air fry method: Place bread rolls in the air fryer and spray or brush a little oil on the rolls. Note: Don’t assemble them in a bamboo skewer here as skewers will burn inside.
- Air fry them for 6 minutes at 380 degrees F. Flip in between after 4 minutes and check. Brush little oil if required.
- Take out with the help of a tong.
- You can now serve them hot with any Dip.
