Description

Air Fryer Cucumber Fritters or air fryer cucumber chips Just add 1 tbsp olive oil and make these crispy air fryer cucumbers in 5 minutes. They make a good appetizer or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 – Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup – Soy milk/ Almond milk
  • 1 tsp – Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp – Onion powder
  • 1 tsp – Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp – Black pepper
  • 1 tsp – Sea salt
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Into the almond milk add cayenne pepper, onion powder, sea salt, garlic powder, black pepper powder.
  2. Mix everything together.
  3. Take one piece of cucumber dip it in the almond milk mixture.
  4. Coat the cucumber in breadcrumbs.
  5. In the same manner, prepare all the cucumber pieces in the same way.
  6. Grease the air fryer with some oil.
  7. Place the crumbed cucumber pieces.
  8. Spread some oil on the top.
  9. Set the air fryer mode to 200° degrees.
  10. Set the timer for 4 minutes.
  11. Take it out. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Buy firm cucumber with a deep, glossy green color, without any dents or blemishes. Press lightly all over and examine its firmness. Always purchase cucumber that is firm and looks fresh.
  • For 5 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit, close up the Air Fryer and cook the fritters, flipping them halfway and then spraying with spray halfway.
  • Before cutting the cucumber, thoroughly clean it using clean water and then cut both ends of cucumber and scrub the surface a little and remove the ends and again wash it.  Give gentle pressure when rinsing.
  • Air Fryer does not require a great deal of oil to give the food a fried texture. These fritters were made in the Air Fryer by brushing oil lightly over the surface.
