Grinch Cookies, based on Dr. Suess’s book How The Grinch Stole The Christmas, are soft, chewy cookies that are perfect for the holiday season.
PREP TIME: 10 MIN
– 1 cup – Vegan unsalted butter (softened)/ Plain butter – 1/2 cup – Sugar (powdered) – 1 1/2 tsp – Vanilla essence – 2–3 drops – Green food gel coloring – 1/2 cup – Vegan milk/ Plain milk – 2 cup – All-purpose flour – 2 tsp – Cornflour – 1 tsp – Baking powder

INGREDIENTS
Step 1
Combine all-purpose flour, cornflour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Stir to combine. Strain and remove any residue.
