Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups – Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups – Roasted sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup – Jaggery powder
- 2 tbsp – Dry rose petals for decoration
- 6 tbsp – Vegan butter or coconut oil
- 2 tbsp – Silver balls for decoration
- 2 tbsp – Rose water
- 1 tbsp – Pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp – White raw sesame seeds for decoration
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat a pan and roast sesame seeds for 5 minutes till little brown in color. Take out and keep aside.
- Take a food processor or mixer and add roasted sesame seeds, jaggery powder, and 1/2 tsp salt to taste.
- Grind into a coarse powder. Keep aside.
- Take a bowl and add the roasted sesame powder. Now add 4 tbsp melted vegan butter.
- Add rose water.
- Now mix them nicely and make a coarse paste.
- Now place parchment paper in a muffin tray. First, add the sesame mixture.
- Then with the help of a pestle or spoon press it nicely.
- Prepare six sections of the tray like this.
- Now add vegan butter or coconut oil to the dark chocolate chips.
- Melt in microwave for 30 seconds. Then take out the mix.
- Again melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Take out and mix till it forms a semi-liquid state. Note: I have used vegan butter as well as a little coconut oil because only vegan butter will not help to form a liquid state.
- Now pour the chocolate above the sesame mixture. Tap it to make it even.
- Pour on all six portions.
- Now tap gently till the liquid chocolate settles evenly.
- Now decorate with silver balls, pumpkin seeds, rose petals, and raw white sesame seeds.
- Now refrigerate it for 1 hour and they are ready to be served.

Notes
- Use coconut oil to mix in dark chocolate chips for smooth liquid formation.
- I just like the flavor of vegan butter in the sesame mixture so used a little vegan butter and little coconut oil. The flavors were very delicious.
