  1. In a chopper add all the spinach leaves.
  2. Add 2 eggs into the blender.
  3. Add 1 tsp red chili flakes.
  4. Now add a little salt to taste.
  5. Cover the lid and chop nicely.
  6. Now the spinach mixture is ready.
  7. Heat a pan and add 1tbsp olive oil 
  8. Spread oil with a brush.
  9. Pour the spinach egg mixture.
  10. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  11. Remove the lid after 5 minutes.
  12. You can see little bubbles which means the crepe is half done
  13. Add grated cheese to the crepe on one side.
  14. Place tomato slices on the grated cheese.
  15. Sprinkle with black pepper powder.
  16. Sprinkle pink salt to taste.
  17. Place 2 cheese slices on top of the tomatoes.
  18. Place avocado slices on cheese.
  19. Place 2 paneer slices on top of the avocado.
  20. Sprinkle black pepper powder and pink salt on paneer slices.
  21. Fold one side of the crepe with the help of a spatula.
  22. Take out the crepe and prepare another stuffed crepe.
  23. Slice the crepe with the help of a knife.
  24. Delicious hot spinach crepes are ready to be served.

  • For making these crepes, you’ll need a blender and a skillet (we recommend cast iron). I think that’s it!
