Notes

  1. Choose ripe fruits: Select ripe mangoes and oranges for the best flavor and juicing results. Ripe fruits will be fragrant, slightly soft to the touch, and vibrant in color.
  2. Prep the fruits: Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the pit. For oranges, remove the peel and separate the segments.
  3. Blend or juice: You have options when it comes to extracting the juice. You can blend the mango chunks and orange segments together in a blender until smooth, then strain the juice for a pulp-free consistency. Alternatively, you can use a juicer specifically designed for extracting juice from fruits.
  4. Adjust sweetness: Taste the juice and adjust the sweetness to your liking. If desired, you can add a small amount of honey, sugar, or a natural sweetener like agave syrup.
  5. Play with ratios: Experiment with different ratios of mangoes to oranges to find the balance that suits your taste preferences. You can try equal parts of both fruits or adjust the quantities based on your personal preference.
  6. Chill before serving: Refrigerate the juice for a short while to chill and enhance its refreshing qualities. You can also add ice cubes to serve it extra cold.
  7. Garnish creatively: Consider garnishing your mango orange juice with a slice of fresh orange or a sprig of mint to add an aesthetic touch and a burst of aroma.
  8. Get creative with variations: Feel free to get creative and add other ingredients to customize your mango orange juice. For example, you can incorporate a splash of lime juice for added tanginess or blend in a handful of spinach or kale for a nutritious twist.
