We can also top it with dry fruits like cashew and almonds.
You can also top with my all-time fav – Nutella and grated bittersweet chocolate.
And if you would like something fancy you can top them with yogurt which works well as a creamy pancake topper that’s so delicious and nutritious too.
What is the substitute of milk in oats banana pancake?
If you don’t want milk or you are allergic to dairy products you can skip the milk and add water.
Important Suggestions To Keep In Mind
You need to mark a crucial point here that as we’ve taken oats after mixing with milk or water it’ll become thick. So you need to add little milk or water if it gets thick.
If you discover that the batter is too thick, just add 1 tbsp milk or water gradually and blend. Repeat until you reach the specified consistency.
Your pan should be mildly hot before you pour your batter to form the first one.
Don’t cook over high heat otherwise it’ll burn and inside it’ll be gooey.
Pour an equal amount of batter for all pancakes.
Flip the pancakes once you see a bubble on the top surface and wait another minute. Then you should be able to flip them nicely.
