Air fryer Hash Brown, Egg & Cheese Sandwich. All you need for a delicious breakfast. As part of an air fryer meal, hash browns are combined with eggs, spinach, mushrooms, and plain cheese making it a BOMB dish that you will certainly not be able to resist.

  1. Peel 4 potatoes and wash them with water nicely.
  2. Then grate the potatoes with the help of a grater.
  3. Soak the grated potatoes in cold water for 15 to 20 minutes. (This is an important step that helps to make them crispy).
  4. Take a towel and spread the potatoes.
  5. Pat dry the potatoes nicely.
  6. After pat drying transfer into a bowl.
  7. Add the cornflour to the shredded potatoes.
  8. Add black pepper powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt to taste.
  9. Mix everything nicely.
  10. Chop spinach leaves finely.
  11. Take a bowl and crack two eggs.
  12. Beat it nicely.
  13. Now add spinach chopped into the eggs.
  14. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  15. Add black pepper powder.
  16. Add salt to taste.
  17. Now add the egg mixture into the frying pan.
  18. Spread evenly and fry for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  19. Now flip and cook for more 2 minutes.
  20. Take out and take a cookie cutter and cut it into a round shape. I got 4 round omelets.
  21. Place a parchment paper and brush oil on it.
  22. Take some shredded potatoes and make them into a patty shape with the help of two hands. Prepare all the hashbrowns in the same way.
  23. Place the patties on the parchment paper.
  24. Brush oil on the patties.
  25. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
  26. After 20 minutes open the basket and then add a round omelette to each hashbrown patty. 
  27. Take a cheese slice, fold it, and place it on the omelette.
  28. Cover it with another omelette. and hash brown.
  29. Air fry for 2 minutes at 400 degrees F till the cheese melts.
  30. Take it out with the help of a spatula.
  31. Serve hot this delicious hash brown.
