- 4 big – Potatoes (Shredded finely)
- 2 – Eggs
- 15 – Spinach leaves finely chopped
- 6 tbsp – Cornflour powder
- 5 – Mushroom finely chopped
- 3 tbsp – Olive oil
- 1 tbsp – Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp – Black pepper powder
- 4 – Plain Cheese
- 1 tbsp – Oregano
Instructions
- Peel 4 potatoes and wash them with water nicely.
- Then grate the potatoes with the help of a grater.
- Soak the grated potatoes in cold water for 15 to 20 minutes. (This is an important step that helps to make them crispy).
- Take a towel and spread the potatoes.
- Pat dry the potatoes nicely.
- After pat drying transfer into a bowl.
- Add the cornflour to the shredded potatoes.
- Add black pepper powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt to taste.
- Mix everything nicely.
- Chop spinach leaves finely.
- Take a bowl and crack two eggs.
- Beat it nicely.
- Now add spinach chopped into the eggs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add black pepper powder.
- Add salt to taste.
- Now add the egg mixture into the frying pan.
- Spread evenly and fry for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Now flip and cook for more 2 minutes.
- Take out and take a cookie cutter and cut it into a round shape. I got 4 round omelets.
- Place a parchment paper and brush oil on it.
- Take some shredded potatoes and make them into a patty shape with the help of two hands. Prepare all the hashbrowns in the same way.
- Place the patties on the parchment paper.
- Brush oil on the patties.
- Air fry at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes open the basket and then add a round omelette to each hashbrown patty.
- Take a cheese slice, fold it, and place it on the omelette.
- Cover it with another omelette. and hash brown.
- Air fry for 2 minutes at 400 degrees F till the cheese melts.
- Take it out with the help of a spatula.
- Serve hot this delicious hash brown.
