Description

You’ll thank yourself for making this 20-minute Air Fryer Chicken Bites no breading Keto-friendly on a hectic night! Whether added to a salad or vegetable bowl or eaten on their own, they offer a fantastic quick protein choice. Absolutely amazing for a game night or movie night.

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and let it smoke. Add the chicken cubes. 
  2. Fry on medium heat till they are fully cooked. 
  3. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste. 
  4. Mix well for 1 minute. Now take them out. 
  5. In the same pan add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add the chopped shrimp marinated with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. 
  6. Mix well and fry on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. 
  7. Take the shrimp out when done. Took me 3 minutes on medium flame. 
  8. Now take a muffin tray as I have an air fryer oven. Note: If you have a round basket air fryer then you can use muffin cups or silicon cups for air frying. Brush with a good amount of olive oil in the tray. 
  9. Now add shredded cheddar cheese. Then add cooked chicken and fried shrimp.
  10. Now add jalapeno pickles and fresh slices, red pepper pickle slices, low-carb tortilla chips, and chopped onion. 
  11. Now add shredded cheese, some more grated cheddar cheese, and red and yellow bell pepper. 
  12. Add some black olives 
  13. Now air fry for 20 to 25 minutes at 380 degrees F. 
  14. Note: If using a round air fryer basket then use muffin butter cups or silicon cups and apply the same process as done above in the muffin tray. Grease oil nicely on the cups. 
  15. Once done take them out with the help of a spoon and serve them hot. Be careful while taking them out they are quite hot. 
  16. Serve hot with any choice of your dip.

  • Grease the muffin tray very nicely with olive or avocado oil so that you can scrape the chicken bites easily with a spoon.
  • Air fryer times differ as per your air fryer basket or oven so adjust the time according. 
  • It took me 20 minutes in the air fryer oven and 25 minutes in my round air fryer basket at 380 degrees F.
